1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Voxa's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Voxa provides AI-powered call centre and business automation services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. A one-off setup fee applies to all plans. All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable. Failed payments may result in service suspension.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice. No refunds are provided for partial months. Setup fees are non-refundable.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Voxa's services for any unlawful purpose, to harass or deceive callers, or to violate any applicable laws or regulations including the Telephone Preference Service (TPS) rules.
6. Limitation of Liability
Voxa's liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
